Sadhana shala is a space to help create a daily ritual.
A space to cultivate an inner connection through four pillars of Yoga.
Movement, to release energy. Breathing, to direct energy. meditation, to let it simmer. self-reflection, to purposefully elevate.

A deep welcome to the world of Sadhana Shala, daily spiritual practice. A space that encompasses the various physical, mental and spiritual disciplines to promote overall health and well-being. At the core, Yoga seeks to unite the body, mind and spirit. It is not just about physical exercise, but rather a combination of physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and self-awareness practices that are designed to bring balance and harmony to an individual's life. Our daily ritual will help you create a home for your spiritual practice, where you can find peace, tranquility, and a deeper sense of purpose.
In a world where the demands of daily life can pull us away from our selves, it can be challenging to find the time for self-care. We often prioritise our work, family, and other responsibilities over our personal well-being. Gradually, stone by stone, we become disconnected with our own selves. The noise of the external world overshadows our internal voice, our intuition, our calm. The gap between what we think, what we say, and what we do gets wider.
Sadhana Shala was created to help close the gap.
Yoga is more than just asana
Yogas- citta-vrtti- nirodhah
- Shri Patanjali, Yoga Sutra 1.2
‘When you stop identifying with your thoughts, fluctuations of the mind, then there is Yoga, identity with Self, which is Samadhi, happiness, bliss, ecstacy.’
- translation by Sharon Gannon
After working in the medical profession for over 10 years, witnessing the disparity between how we want to live and how we choose to live, and the trajectory that unfolds as a result, it was clear that inner well-being was not a priority. The term ‘wellness’ is multidimensional, and encompasses a physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Our daily habits have a direct correlation to our overall ‘wellness’. Through various nurturing habits, an elevated sense of wellness starts to evolve. The daily practice of connecting to the mind, body and soul cultivates a sense of mindfulness and and inner peace that extends far beyond our yoga mat. It is a journey of self-discovery that is available to anyone who is willing to take the first step.
